Transportation

It is your responsibility to arrange transportation for your child each day. If you have made a special arrangement for your child (i.e. carpooling with another family, riding the train/bus, etc) please communicate that clearly to your child. We are not responsible for children who leave the camp premises.

Bad Weather Plan

In case of inclement weather (i.e. thunderstorms) we will leave the Eintracht Oberursel field and move to:

To Be Announced!

We will transport all children to this facility when it is not suitable to continue training outdoors. We will make every effort to notify parents of our whereabouts and where your child can be picked up on that day. If you have any questions, please speak to us directly on the first day of camp.

Injuries/First Aid

We will have basic first aid kits on the premises with coaches and volunteers competent in administering First Aid when necessary. In case of a more serious injury, the parents/legal guardians will be immediately notified and emergency services will be contacted if appropriate in that situation. Please note: International Christian Fellowship/Champions in Life/Stadt Oberursel are not responsible for injury. We will take every precaution to ensure your child is safe when in our care, and upon injury we will administer the proper care, but it is a reality that when playing the contact game of soccer bodily injury is likely. If your child has medical conditions or issues that impact his/her playing ability, then we need to know about it! Please list all medical conditions on the registration form!

Food

Each registered participant will receive daily morning and afternoon snacks, drinks and lunch as a part of the program. If your child has any food allergy or sensitivity, then please inform us of this on the registration form!

Closing Ceremony

On Friday, July 12 we will have our closing ceremony beginning at 14:00. All family members and friends of Champions in Life are welcome to attend, and we do hope to have the Mayor of Oberursel in attendance as well. The ceremony will consist of congratulating the children on their successful week, recognizing the hard work of coaches, volunteers and partners, and giving participant awards and gifts. You won't want to miss celebrating this special time with your child!
